From one nurse to a multi-state agency
Brandon started in Salt Lake City with a nurse staffing business.
Then he started doing infusions himself, as a one-man show contracting visits for agencies. He loved it: the patients, the clinical work, and most of all the freedom to run his own schedule and his own business.
That experience shaped what he believes today: nurses deserve that freedom. Experienced infusion nurses already have the hardest part of the business, the clinical skill. What they are usually missing is the playbook.
After landing his first pharmacy contracts, Brandon hired nurses and became an owner. Today his agency has 50+ nurses, is licensed in 8 states, and holds 15+ specialty pharmacy contracts, and it runs fully remote.
Along the way he drew on his background as an ICU and infusion RN and his earlier career in enterprise medical device sales.
Why this program exists
The Accelerator packages the documents, the numbers, and the sequence from a working agency, taught by someone who built one and still runs it. It is practical, it is honest about the work involved, and it never promises an outcome. What you build is up to you.
